When will we use "V+ing or Past participle form of verb" after "be"?

Sometimes, I use this kind of sentences, eg
It should do.
It should be done.
It should be doing.
Now my question is that, Are they same meanings. And when I will use "be v+ing" and "be V3".

Well, first let's change those to more realistic sentences (I have chosen a verb, subject and object that is possible in all 3 cases but this is actually seldom possible):

I should blow my horn. (active voice simple aspect) = It is a good idea that I blow my horn.
My horn should be blown. (passive voice simple aspect) = It is a good idea that someone blows my horn.

After a form of 'be', the past participle form creates the passive voice.

It should be been. I guess,here, "been" is a 'Verb' of Past Participle form.
