When we speak nasal words ??

In my mother tongue, nasal words are not spoken. When I study Western language, I had to train hard to be able to speak nasal words. I wonder: Is any English word spoken as nasal words by English ? I tried that and feel very tired. Can you help me, when we should speak words as nasal, when shouldnt ?

There are no nasal vowels in English, if that's what you are asking.
