may this Question be Funny , but i would like to know

When We Should Use "To" and "For" and "so"?

For Example :

1-it's important to me to say this fact

2-it's Important for me to say this fact

3-it's important to me for saying this fact

one of those is incorrect ? Why ?

in long sentences like a paragraph it shall be a problem

using twice "for" in above sentences is unusual in officially letters ?

It is not wrong to use prepositions twice, but you cannot use 'for say' - that is bad grammar.
