When we can use` have and has ' together?

1) I am sorry, if you have had suffered because of me.
2) I am sorry, if you have suffered because of me.

I want to know the difference between the above sentences. Please suggest.
Thanks

The words "have" and "had" appear one after the other when using the present or future perfect tense with "have" as a main verb. Example: I have had a bad cold for days. By next month, he will have had that car for two years.

In your two sentences the main verb is "suffer". Therefore the "had" in sentence 1 shouldn't be there. Also, the comma doesn't belong in either sent
