When vs where / tense problems in sentences

Which would you use please?
  • She claims to have played almost the entire tournament without looking at her cards except once where/when she looked.
  • I'm sending it again in case you have recieved it/incase you didn't recieve it.
  • It will be hard to hack into especially with the time constraints we're under/especially in our time constraint. (could you say both?)
  • Do you know what that smell is. Its the smell of damp clothes. That's the wettest/most wet shirt.
  • We cut a deal with him and the only way he would except/way he excepted is if we...
  • Are the only people allowed to play the people who are members.
Can you use ABOUT in this sentence?

1 In this scene you are going to see him about to take out the cop's eye with a knife when he gets stopped.
