When to use the word "begrudge"

Hallo everyone,

I still can't understand the word "Begrudge" and still don't know when and how to use it.

Thanks for your explanation.

The meaning of begrudge is envy, so can i use it in a sentence such as;

- I don't begrudge Sarah's money/success. I am contented with what I've had.

The second one is to give of allow (something) in a reclutant or unwilling way.

-I begrudge every pennies I've given to my brother.
