When to use 'have had'?

Hello, I am wondering when can I use properly, 'have had'. As an odd example,

'Some parents should have never have had children.' Is that correct?

I'm sorry, but I don't think there is anything availble that is so specific.

Look for material on verb tenses, either on this site (Use the search box) or through Google.

In your example you also have a modal verb (should), so it might help you to learn about modal verbs as well, and you can search in the same ways for that.
