When to use commas with aka (also known as).

Hello. Need I place a comma after Andrew in the sentence below?

Fair enough. I changed Andrew to Jonathan.

Could you tell me if I need a comma after Jonathan?

I think it potentially gets confusing to read. Probably I would do it like this:

Jonathan (aka Jon), Michelle, and Mike are going shopping.
