We all know that "Hi, can I help you" is a common greeting method, but What's the difference between "Hi, can I help you?" and "Hi, are you being helped"? Is "Hi, are you being helped" only heard at the counter of a shop or Mcdonalds? Any other occasions? In addition, Do "Hi are you being helped"; "Are you being served?"; and "Have you been served?" mean the same? Thanks!!!
Again, is "Are you being helped/served" used when there are many customers or can it also be used even if there is only one customer?
Thanks,again!
