When to use advise and advice

Hi i need some help on the following two sentences...please let me know when i need to use advise and when i need to use advice.

1. No problem, i am open to advises / advices

2. No problem, i am open to your advise / advice

3. As soon as we establish the bank guarantee we will advice you or advise you?

Here, what i want to communicate is that we will inform them as soon as the bank guarantee is established.

First, the noun "advice" is not countable. So you are open to advice, not advices. 

The noun is advice. 
The verb is advise. 

If I advise you, I give you advice. If you take my advice, you have done as I have advised.

(There is one specific use of "advice" where it can be a plural noun, but that is related to banking
