When to use "a"

Hello GOOD DAY Emotion: smile...I would like to know if it is possible not to use "a" in " HAVE A GOOD LUNCH" and if it is acceptable to say" SHE HAS A LONG HAIR"(i am aware that lunch and hair are uncountable nouns)

because i happened to read a Grammar book that says it is possible to use "a"when there is an ADJECTIVE AFTER IT.Thank you so much and have a good day everyone Emotion: smile

" HAVE A GOOD LUNCH" -- OK

"SHE HAS A LONG HAIR"-- NO GOOD.

(i am aware that lunch and hair are uncountable nouns-- No, 'lunch' is countable. It is idiomatic — as are the other meals — in not requiring an article: 'We have breakfast/lunch/dinner/supper in the dining room.')
