Is this correct?

When you`ll be able to pronounce it correcctly, you`ll be ready so to start conversating with native speakers.

I would not use the future simple, I think present simple might be better. Your example resembles 1st conditional. I would say " When you are able to pronounce it correctly, you`ll be ready so to start conversating with native speakers" Double usage of future simple might not be appropriate.

I would also use the word "conversing " instead of "conversating".

In a when-clause, use simple present if the main sentence is future.

We will eat when he arrives. (Not "he will arrive.")
We ate when he arrived. (past-past)
We had finished our lunch when he arrived. (past perfect - past)
