Do we say,

1 Peter cleaned (up) his stall when his business was over after 10pm.

2 Peter cleaned (up) his stall when the stall was closed after 10pm.

3 After 4 hours, they closed / closed up their stall.

P/s: Is there any other alternatives to mention - his business was over?

How about: Peter finished cleaning his stall after business closed at 10pm. After four hours, they closed their stall. Or They closed their stall after four hours.

How about:

Peter finished cleaning his stall after business closed at 10pm.

After four hours, they closed their stall.

Or

They closed their stall after four hours.
This is better.
