"will" isn't used in a time clause. He will come tomorrow. Before he comes, I will prepare the room for him.

Picnic,
Your question was about using "when"; correct? I seem to be lost at your question:
Picnicshe told me/has told me today this scetence...to the cllaass i mean - Is this a question ?or a scenario you tried to describe ?

- 'When you are a teacher, go for it" -

When you will be a teacher...here the meaning should be, When will you be a teacher..when you pass your exams, you will be able to teach.

When you are a teacher... you are able to teach, you are ready, willing and able to do the job that you have been trained to do.
