Which would you say please?

1 Let me know when/as soon as you get the package.

2 Try to get the most (out) of your phone./the best value for your phone. Sell it for 300 dollars.

3 The battery is at 9 percent and there is 9 min of battery left. There are as many minutes left as there are percents/percentages left.
