When my phone has been/is charged

Hi everyone

I'm talking to my girlfriend on the phone and then I realize that the battery is going to be dead. I say :
When my phone has been/is charged, I'll call you back.

Which one is correct and more natural in English ? Is charged or has been charged?

Thank you.
