Vocabulary

When "mirror" it's a verb.

Hi,

Here it's the paragraph-

Store managements work directly in the local market, often at quite a distance from the home office, which means they have limited direct supervision. Their hours generally mirror thier store's and can therefore include some weekends and evening. In addition, they spend time during ninoperating hours tending to adminisrative responsibilities.

Sorry , I so can't understand this paragraph. I can't understand the underline part. I don't know the main meaning of the writer talking about.

And the word "mirror" seems like a verb here, but means?

Please help me with this question, thank you!
