Hello.
I would like to ask you a question about the following sentences.

(a) When Mary killed her husband, she put poison in his wine.
(b) When Mary put poison in his wine, she killed her husband.

What is the difference between (a) and (b) in meaning?
Or either of them is not correct?

Thank you in advance.
