when listing sentences can I use it like listing nouns?

when I read books, I see author list sentences like noun. For example, I want to make dishes, eat something delicious, go to theaters. Also I see without AND at the end of the sentence.
Is it formal to list sentences like nouns? and without AND is it okay?

Kim Jay Also I see without AND at the end of the sentence. Strictly speaking, a conjunction (and, or) is required. However, it is the style of some writers to deviate from grammatical purity.
