0 I wouldn't say it's wrong but I would prefer: 01i00He uses a long white umbrella when it rains.02i00 He uses the umbrella 01u00whenever02u00 it rains, in other words 01b00habitually02b00. I see no need for 01i00outside02i00 because in Finland we don't have buildings that are so big that it rains 01b
