0 I wouldn't say it's wrong but I would prefer: 01 i 00 He uses a long white umbrella when it rains. 02 i 00 He uses the umbrella 01 u 00 whenever 02 u 00 it rains, in other words 01 b 00 habitually 02 b 00 . I see no need for 01 i 00 outside 02 i 00 because in Finland we don't have buildings that are so big that it rains 01 b
