when it is done or when done

Hi.

I've come upon a sentence "Shut down your PC when done" - it's about burning a CD... So, I wonder may I rephrase it this way: Shut down your PC when it is done (or when burning is done)?

Does "when done" is simply a cut form?

Thanks in advance.
