When it comes to barking, no one can do a better job...

Hi

I read this sentence in a novel. Is it natural?

[Angry girl to her friend about her rude boss]

When it comes to barking, no one can do a better job than my boss.

Thanks,

Tom

Maybe the girl friend says, "Your boss sounds like a real dog."

and the Angry employee says, "When it comes to barking, no one does a better job than my boss."
