When is it good and when not
I sometimes have difficulty in knowing or distinguishing the right situation to use apostrophe in the situations like the one (sorry) underlined.Help

Why not just, "... complied with the Internal Department's demand ..."
... complied with the Internal Department demand ...
Why not just, "... complied with the Internal Department's demand ..."
