When I be 20 years old

Hi. Could you help me with these structures?

1) Someone is talking about her future plan... and said: "When I be 20 years old..." Sound too bad to me. Could you help me correct it?

2) She made her dream. Should I say: She made her dream come true?

3) "She got all the people impressed". This person wants to say that he made a good impression to the people. could you tell me your option?

Thank you very much!

(Actually, my grandfather used to say, "When I be 80. . . ." Unfortunately, he never made it.)

"She made her dream come true" is fine. "She made her dream" is ambiguous without context.

She impressed all the people. She impressed everyone!
