Take Exit No. 2. 'No article' is idiomatic with this structure.

Take the Jangjingying exit.

There is no article owing to the cardinal number (2). Similar examples:

There is no text on page 76.
The train departs from platform 9.
He knows little about World War II. (But: the Second World War)
