When do you say he will come?

Q: When do you say he will come?

A: I say he will come at 2 o'clock.

Q: When did you say he will come?

A: I said he will come at 2 o'clock.

Q: When did you say he would come?

A: I said he would come at 2 o'clock.

What's the difference between those three questions? And are those answers correct? Please give me your opinions and I'd appreciate it!
