When do we leave home?

I think (a) and (b) would be commonly used, but how about the others?

(a) When are we leaving here?
(b) When are we going to leave here?
(c) When will we leave here?
(d) When do we leave here?

"here" is included in the meaning of "leave" unless you specify some other place. Therefore, it's better to omit 'here' in your sentences.

When are we leaving? < most usual
When do we leave? < common; asks for the preplanned (scheduled) leaving time
