hey guys not sure what difference is between a comma ( , ) and this (;)?

semi-colon is stronger than comma, but weaker than full stop.
You can link independent clauses with a semi colon.

You can read it from end to end and understand it without looking around too much in the context. Stand alone. Most probably, it has a subject and a predicate.
