Its not correct, because when you ask you dont know when so it must be:
"when have you found?"

(I found it last night. / I found it yesterday. / I found it last week. / ... )

When have you found it? doesn't work at all. Don't use that one.

Finding something, by its nature, occurs at a definite point in time. The word When emphasizes that idea. That requires the simple past.
