When correct as descriptive adjective?

Hi. Let us pretend that the letters "XXX" represent a product brand name.

Please buy me a XXX bar.

And that seems to be a correct sentence but when we want to say this, this seems to be incorrect. Let us pretend the letters like "YYY" represent a popular singer. Why couldn't we use the name of a popular singer as an adjective (if that is the case)?

Please buy me a YYY CD.

Sure you can. My daughter wants the new Taylor Swift CD for Christmas. I'm listening to an old Concrete Blonde CD.
