When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

When deciding a job, the size of the salary offered is considered to be the most essential aspect.However,i personally believe that there are other consideration are important equally.

On the one hand, there are various reasons why people consider salary as the lost important factor when seeking employment.Without any doubt,salary not only is crucial in order for people to cover their living expense such as house rent,utility bills,food,...but also helps them paying for unexpected cost as illness costs, hospital bills, prescription charges.As the result,it is better to establish good financial background. Moreover, having a lucrative income can motivate people in their career due to they have spare budget for their leisure pursuits, which can do wonder for their mental health.Therefore,people can gain work productivity efficiently which support them get elusive promotion quicker and improve their quality of life.

On the other hand,despite the aforementioned reasons i still firmly believe that there are other more important consideration while choosing job. Firstly,it is better to choose our jobs based on enjoyment despite the lower income since working in a suitable profession can give us a sense of fulfillment and motivate us to work harder, more productively.To me, pursing the long-term goals is better than a well-paid job.A case in point is musicians and artists.They who underestimate salary to pursue their career still keep trying to contribute something meaningful and positive to society.Secondly, working environment should be one of the key considerations.Many people’s feelings of job satisfaction come from skills that fundamentally required in the workplace such as problem solving skills, inter-personal skills, and the position they reach rather than the money they earn.

To sum up,salary is an important aspect for picking a job but other factors in combination play more vital roles and have more significance than the money.
