When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration. To what extent, do you agree or disagree

It's argued that in order to make a decision whether they should work in a company or not, the money they are paid plays the most significant role. In my opinion, I partly agree with this idea

On the one hand, their ability is illustrated via their income. Because companies will recruit employees who are abe to bring in values for themselves. The greater results they generate, the more money they can get. For example, in marketing team, a member just follow leader's guidlines, while the other always makes his/her efforts to set plans which are newer, more creative. As a result, the second member is absolutely paid much more money than the first one.There is no doubt that their wages means their ability and expresses how much knowledge thay have.

On the other hand, high salary without passions could make them be under more pressure. Although, they are able to complete their work, they just do for money and do not have any sastification. For instance, their boss realize that they can be suitable with this task, they are forced to do it. They are willing to do it with any inspiration, which leads to be stressfull. Consequently, they are often tired and do not any motivation to make their products more perfect. This is the reason why they shoud pursuit a job based on their hobbies to make the best productivity.

In conclusion, It is certainly true that taking into account for salary is a factor in making up their minds to work in a company, but this is by no means the key motive for everyone in putting in priority.
