When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration.

It is said that when apply a job, the monthly payment is issue more popular. But in my opinion, it is not the most important one, and I disagree with this idea because I believe that other factors are equally important.

On the one hand, the salary occupies essential position on each individual. Most people will choose a occupation which has a great deal of money, so they can use it to cover their needs and have a reasonable of life. For example, we all need money to pay for housing, food, bills, health care and education. Only if they choose a job based on non- financial factors will they fell so hard because these choose can’t provide them with enough money to live comfortably. In this case, picking job depended on salary plays a vitally necessary.

On the other hand, there are also other considerations which pay attention to start and continue a job. Firstly, work environment, relationships between co- workers and bosses which act as a precursor to their work. Having a good atmosphere and friendly co-workers in their workplace will increase their productive. And even when they run into problems, they will need someone who gives them a sound advice which not only easily solving problems but also learning usefully skills for them. Secondly, some people select a career from their passion which make them have inspiration and motivation to pursue their career.

In conclusion, deciding a job based on other factors seems to be better and more important than salary.
