When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration?

It is true that salary plays a critical role in choosing a job. While I agree that money is one of the key considerations when deciding on a career, I believe that other people choose their job base on non-financial factors

On the one hand, there are various reasons why people consider salary is an important part of seeking a job. Firstly, money is necessary in order for people to meet their basic needs. For example, being offered a high salary we can pay for housing, food, bills, and even a luxury holiday. In addition, with a competitive salary, employees may have more motivations to contribute to the company. It is normal that worker can gain more highly paid when achieving a target turnover.

On the other hand, I believe that there are many different factors relates to finding a job. One of the most sensible considerations is what seekers are satisfactory on their professional achievements. In other words, the skills they learn, a position they reach, rather than the money they earn. One factor is also considered that people want to contribute something positive forward to society. For instance, many young people choosing to become a doctor have a wide range of critical contribution to public health and help other people have a better life.

In conclusion, although financial factor certainly affects people’s choice of occupation, I believe that other considerations are as important as salary when seeking a job.
