When can you use "is come" and "has come"?

Hi, as a Native Speaker of U.S. English, and just off the top of my head I can only think of one situation where you will hear the phrase "is come" and that is in Biblical English. The phrase "The Lord is come" comes to mind from the New Testament King James Edition. In modern usage I would avoid "is come" unless you are a preacher. "Has come" is very common and it has come to my attention tha
