When both conditional sentences mean the same?

Hi. Please help me with these. I happen to think the following two pairs of conditional sentences mean the same, that is, first pair means the same and the second pair the same. What do you think?

If he takes the test this time, there is a chance that he will get a good score.

If he took the test this time, he might get a good score.

If he takes the test this time, it is possible that he will get a good score.

If he took the test this time, he could get a good score.
