Im so confused...

Which is correct:

I will bring my umbrella when it rains
or
I will bring my umbrella if it it rains

This means you think it is going to rain, and at that time you will bring your umbrella.

I will bring my umbrella if it rains
This means there is a possibility of rain. No rain: no umbrella. Rain: you'll bring your umbrella.
