What is/are the typical expression(s) for a tree which is full of the (raw) fruits of the new season.  

The mangoes have started to ??
The mango trees are ??

The mangoes means the mango trees? If yes, can we use this for all trees?

The apples, the neems, the palms, etc?

Also, if one sees raw mangoes on a tree (as the season has just started), can one say this?

The mango trees are in full bloom.

That's how I read it, and informally, yes, but if the sentence also mentions the fruit itself, then I would include 'trees'.
