1) Incorrect.
2) OK
but could be IMO simplified to:
What were you thinking, (when) talking to your wife with such disrespect?

I think it's more than your opinion, Marius.

"Talking with such disrespect" is the correct way to say it. We don't talk with "a disrespect," but with "disrespect." (or in such a disrespectful manner...)
