Hai,evryoneEmotion: smile
When we say "what is it" and "what's the matter" ?

In informal and spoken English,
when someone say:"Today,we will go to..."Can i reply that" Go to where? or Where to go ? "
or someone say :" I want to buy...."Can i reply that"You want to buy what ?"

oh,i see...but can you tell that when will we use 'what's it'.i' ll be grateful to u.^^ Therefore,can i say that 'buy what ?'or 'buy for what?' when someone want to buy something. Is 'where to go' a right sentence ? By the way,if someone say that he want to share something,can i reply:'you want to share for what?' or just a 'what'...what i want to express is 'what do you want share ? '
