What's wrong with these sentences ? Which one is better to use ?

There is more time required to consider/investigate all aspects of this issue .

I personaly go for the second one . What about you ?

Hi there, I personally choose the second one too, because of its emphasis. I've to check my notes, yet the second one, because of its construction gives some strength, an emphasis to the fact that we need more time. I'd choose the second one too.
