Whats wrong with my sentence? Pls help

Below is my description://On the System request Administration screen "Approver" field is available to search for the requests by "Approver"  but for the "new Center install " or for the "Existing centers" " Approver" name is not mentioned any where while creating requests.A question on business rules on the Approver field that how a user can search the requests with the "Approver" field//Below are my co-worker comments on it:"Please be more careful when entering the bug description, this bug has very poor english and makes no sense".

My Two cents:

However, I would phrase it this way (having done some bug reports myself):

//In the New Center Install and Existing Centers screens, the Approver field is missing. The System Request Administration screen has the Approver field as it should, for your reference.

Some helpful hints on submitting bugs to programmers.

1) Be as careful as possible to explain exactly WHAT everything is. There may be multiple items in the program with the same name. For example an Approver can probably be a field or a person.

2) Always start with the problem programmers hate to read and aren’t usually linguistically capable.

3) It was good that you provided the information on the screen that was not bugged. This information can be extremely valuable.
4) Bold the names of anything that needs user action to activate it. So you have to click on a button or type out a command to get to a new screen, and you have to click on a field to activate it. This makes technical writing easier to read and is a fairly standard convention.
