What's wrong with my sentence

Today I got into a argument with a guy.
He kept on talking over random stuff.
So then I told him "Learn to create proper sentence before talk"
Someone mocked and replied my sentence "Learn to speak english... before correcting other people"

I don't understand what's wrong with my sentence, I thought it was a perfect imperative sentence, right?

Wrong.

Today I got into an argument with a guy. He kept on talking about random stuff. So then I told him, "Learn to create proper sentences before you talk." Someone mocked me and replied to my sentence, saying "Learn to speak English before correcting other people."

Thank you for correcting me.
"Learn to create proper sentences before you talk."
I don't know why the "you" is necessary in my sentence, would you kindly explain please ?

You could say, "Learn to create proper sentences before talking." But "before talk" is not correct.

Why is that so, I'm using the talk as a noun, not a verb in that sentence ? Which should convey the same meaning as the gerund "talking" right?

It is not a native construction, Anon. 'Talk is cheap': use it that way.
