Whats wrong in my letter?

This email is a reply to an Hotel Reservation, the checkout is 5th of February.

Sam and I were wondering about the flight back to Perth, I see the checkout date apparently if my Norwegian doesn’t fail me it’s on the 5th of February, is there something planned for the night of the 4th of February which is Saturday and therefore is best to fly back on the 5th? Or can we book the flight back for the 4th?
