What's with your current job?

Dear all

I saw the following conversation in a video. Here could you tell me if we write "What's happening with your current job?" or "What's happening to your current job?" or "What's happening at your current job?" instead of "What’s with your current job?", do we get a similar meaning, please?

Tom: I have an interview scheduled for Monday. I hope I will clear this one.

Alex: I am also looking for a job,

Tom: What’s with your current job?
