What's with the dialog?

Hi. I hope I'm not breaking the rules by posting a link of a movie.

The part I don't get that starts at 12:15 when the guy with glasses come. After an old and a white-haired man introduces the guy with glasses to Mr. Feynman.

Firstly, I don't actually understand what Feynman says before 'fellow physcist'. Then he(the guy with glasses) says "Formerly, I've been in Washington several years", and Feynman responds with " How's your integrity?".

Now, my question is what does Feynman say before 'fellow physcis't and why the guy with glasses did take 'How's your integrity?' as an insult?

The video I'm talking about is: http://www.solarmovie.so/link/play/1552132/

Hi, pronunciationkaren. I found the subtitles which is, I think, more useful. Here's the dialog:

Feynman = F, The guy with glasses = G.

F: Your name I recognise too. Fellow physicist.

G: Formerly. I've been in Washington several years. Oh.

F: How's your integrity?

G: That's just insulting. No!

F: Don't take me seriously.

Now, why did h

Hi

I think that F was implying that, if you work for the government in Washington as a scientist, then you may not have the moral principles that many scientists respect

If that's not true of G, then he's entitled to take offence

Oh, I see. In order to be a true scientist, you always need to tell the truth, and if you work for the government, you don't always tell the truth(like politicians). That's what he meant then! Thanks.
