What's up?

Dear Sirs,

1) - What’s up?
- How are you doing?
- How’s it going?
- Are you doing ok?

-These mean : “ How are you?”, right?

2) When you leave, you can say “ very nice meeting you”, or “ very nice talking to you”, right?

Thanks very much.

Nam Steven.

Hi Nam,

1-- Yes, but 'what's up?' usually means 'what's new?'
2-- Yes.

1) I think, "How's it going?" means "How is everything going on?".

So there is little difference between, "How are you?" and "How's it going?".

2) I don't think you say “ very nice meeting you”, for a person you know well. This is mainly used for the first meeting with a stranger, many cases in the beginning itself.
