How do you describe this position when someone is lying on their side on the ground with their legs bent and both arms wrapped around their stomach as if their hungry.

not really. I just wanna say the way they are lying on the floor without all that description. Could I just say "His clutching his stomach with his arms in hunger on the floor," but then would that give the reader the image that his legs are bent too?
