What's the word(s)/phrase?

to describe someone who lives natural, believes in being natural , for example, someone who does not use any kind of products that are not natural such us hair dye, sunscreen, etc., who prefers exercise as way of losing weight whether than those advertised weight lost methods, etc., who eats healthy and does not believe in multivitamin pills, etc..

E.g. He is very ___, he doesn't like anything unnatural.

He is a ____, he doesn't like anything unnatural.
