What's the word to describe someone who is too found of foreigners?

and probably someone who is more found of foreigners than his/her own culture/country/people/etc ?

kinda like an "Anglophile" but instead for any country in general.

Hi, A xenophobe is one who dis likes foreigners. (careless typing corrected) The opposite, the word ' xenophile ', appears in some dictionaries but not others. I've never heard it or read it in use.
